• We reserve the right to refuse transportation of any vehicle that is not in operable condition or is unsafe to transport.
• If the vehicle is not delivered to the destination on time due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the delay.
• You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and the transportation requirements, including pickup and delivery locations and dates.

Payment and Fees

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the transportation of the vehicle, including any additional fees for extra services requested.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel the transportation service after it has been scheduled.
• If the vehicle is not picked up or delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be charged additional fees for storage and other related costs.

Liability and Insurance

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during transportation.
• We are not liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by natural disasters, accidents, or theft during transportation.
• We carry liability and cargo insurance, but it is your responsibility to verify that your vehicle is adequately insured before transportation.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of our vehicle transportation services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services were provided.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
